At the Hotel Il Tiglio amidst mountain aromas and scents, food and wine courses are organized by Massimo Schiavo, a Neapolitan chef who lives in Abruzzo.

The various tasting courses, typical of the regional cuisine, are organized in groups but individual courses can be held on request, for guests who want to try their hand at a culinary experience of typical Italian cuisine. They will taste together, between a chat and another, one of the dishes prepared, washed down with a selected wine from Abruzzo. Dessert and coffee will be offered by the chef..

The culinary program offers recipes of ancient origin and tradition from Abruzzo, such as homemade pasta (cazzarelli, pasta alla chitarra, sagne, troccoli, orecchiette…) as well as filled pasta (ravioli, tortelloni…) and also meats (boned lamb, stuffed chicken, pork loin with orange or stuffed with apples, stuffed sausages with vegetables and cheese).

There are many recipes and preparations for desserts, which can also be enjoyed during the rich breakfast at the b&b.

Each course lasts about two or three hours depending on the difficulty of the preparation to be elaborated.
